I started my D1 swimming career at Arizona state university and transferred to DU in between my freshman and sophomore years. I would always hear from my coaches how much “untapped potential” I have in me. However, I could never find what piece was missing no matter what I fixed in the water. After multiple sessions and months of reworking my mental mindset, I had the best season in my career. I became extremely confident in my swimming, I was having fun. Working with Jeff has been an amazing experience.

Being a two-sport athlete in college is very demanding (soccer & basketball). The mental side is the hardest to gain control over. Alpha Flow Athletics taught me the most important thing I can do is train the triggers of flow state. Being in flow, everything I do is better. I'm faster, stronger and my reaction times are crazy fast, all because of AFA.

I wear my bracelet ( focus-breathe-trust) every day to help remind me about these things. I have already noticed improvements! I apply it to my school, track, and gymnastics. When I need to quiet my mind, I take a deep breath and repeat what's written on the bracelet. He is very funny, considerate and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what he teaches. His analogies are unique and they stick in your mind. His program has helped me tremendously! I can't wait to continue!!

Before I met with Jeff and used his program I was struggling with having mental stability to perceiver through situations and truly reach my full potential in the mental aspect. The program was different because it was an instant shift in your mind that made big differences and it was very easy to see. The very first day I met with Jeff and learned how to meditate it made huge gains in my mental stability. I am headed this fall to Colorado Mesa University to wrestle at the DU2 level while studying Mechanical Engineering with huge help from Jeff’s program and the work I did with him in order to regain mental toughness.

Jeff has helped me keep focused during practice and stay confident during competition. If I get frustrated or am having a hard time I am able to quickly quiet my mind and visualize because of the breathing exercises Jeff has taught me. I like that if you're struggling even a little, no matter what he will find time to help you out even when he stays up until 2 A.M! Jeff has made a big change in how my mental state is during practice and competition and that change has helped me a lot.

I tore my hamstring my first year at a Division 1 college and it was super hard to deal with. A lot of things felt like they weren’t going right and mentally I was shot. As I tried to work through it I reinjured it and felt like I lost all hope. When I started working with Jeff, I got my confidence back and learned how to overcome my injury as well as prepare myself and get in the right mind state in case something else ever happened. My life has changed in more aspects than just my sport. My confidence in any situation has risen, my study habits are better as well as more effective and the world doesn’t look so dark. Jeff knows what he’s doing and believes in every part of you.

Jeff has helped me immensely I have used tools that he has taught me every day and during competitions. Jeff is a great mental trainer he is very approachable and kind. I would recommend this to everyone because everything starts with the mind.

I've learned multiple ways to control my emotions. This has made my relationships better and more meaningful. The biggest thing I've noticed is that I’m able to perform at higher levels in high-stress situations without panicking or having a breakdown.

I do hard things on purpose everyday. I train 20-30 hours a week and am not tired [while working full time]. I am doing things I wouldn't have thought possible because I'm more cognizant of my mind and body. I can control my heart rate with my thoughts. Pain doesn't deter me and I know it well enough that it doesn't injure me either. The many hours alone practicing with your advice and coaching has changed me. I'm a different person and I'm very thankful for the time and effort you spent on my behalf. I wouldn't be doing these wonderful hard things without your help.
